Duration of Treatments
Total Appointment Time: 60–90 minutes
Whitening Time (Active Treatment): 30–60 minutes depending on the percentage of product used.
The procedure usually involves:
Initial examination and shade matching
Protection of gums and soft tissues (with a barrier or rubber dam)
Application of whitening gel in intervals (typically 2–4 rounds of 15 minutes each)
Optional use of LED/UV light
Considerations
Treatment is not advised for those who have not had a Dental Check-Up and clean longer than 6-12 months.
Treatment is also not recommended for those whom have had the following dental treatments or conditions.

Will Whitening Damage My Teeth?
Teeth whitening is safe and will not damage your teeth. The whitening process uses a carbamide gel which lightens/removes the stains. After the treatment, avoid eating and drinking anything that can stain a white t-shirt for 12–24 hours.
How Long Will My Whitening Last?
The lasting results depend on your habits and genetics. Over time, the teeth will naturally become stained again. Some people have a monthly maintenance touch-up. Some come every 3 months and others return after 6 months.
What If I Have Veneers?
Teeth whitening can not whiten veneers or crowns because the colour is a permanent creation. Teeth whitening can only affect natural teeth.
